What container sizes and configurations do you advise on?
We provide layout planning and technical specifications across all standard ISO shipping and portable storage equipment:
  • 10ft Units: Ideal for tight residential driveways, parking stalls, or restricted job-site footprints.
  • 20ft Standard Containers: (20'L x 8'W x 8'6"H) The industry standard for on-site contractor storage, business overflow, and inventory security.
  • 40ft Standard & High-Cube Containers: (40'L x 8'W x 8'6"H or 9'6"H) High-capacity options designed for commercial distribution, agricultural storage, and large-scale material warehousing.
How does tilt-bed container delivery work?
Shipping containers are transported and placed using specialized tilt-bed roll-off trailers:
  • The delivery truck backs toward the designated drop site and hydraulically tilts the trailer bed upward.
  • The container slides off the back of the bed onto the ground as the vehicle pulls straight forward from underneath the unit.
  • Direct straight-line clearance of 60 to 100 feet in front of the placement spot is required for the truck to pull away safely.
What ground and site preparation is required?
Proper placement requires a level, firm, and uniform surface to ensure container doors operate freely and the unit remains square:
  • Recommended Surfaces: Concrete pads, asphalt pavement, packed gravel, or compacted road base.
  • Natural Ground: Soil or dirt must be dry and compacted. Placement on wet grass, soft sand, or saturated soil should be avoided to prevent ground settling or equipment sinking.
  • Overhead Clearance: Ensure a minimum of 14 to 16 feet of vertical clearance, free of tree limbs and low-hanging utility wires.
Does someone need to be on-site during equipment delivery?
Yes. An authorized site manager or property owner should always be present during delivery to confirm door orientation, verify exact placement markers, inspect approach paths, and authorize final positioning.
